Buoy Byrds is a genre-fluid Los Angeles-based duo whose music sits at the intersection of shoegaze atmosphere and emotional songcraft. Drawing from the influence of Spiritualized, Elliott Smith, and Blood Orange, the two-piece channels their friendship into songs that are expansive, melodic, and deeply felt. Formed by Noah Lebenzon (Asian She) and Dave Krusen (Pearl Jam, Candlebox), what started as sessions between friends has grown into something harder to define — and easier to get lost in.
